ITALIAN NAPOLI

INGREDIENTS

  • Il Nonno Slow Roasted Beef Ravioli

  • 20ml olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped

  • ½ brown onion diced

  • ½ bunch fresh basil

  • 2 bottles passata

  • 10g oregano

  • Chilli (optional)

  • Salt

  • Grated Parmesan cheese

  • Season to taste

METHOD

  1. In a pot, saute olive oil, garlic, half basil and onion

  2. Add passata, oregano and salt

  3. Simmer for 45 minutes

  4. Add fresh basil

  5. Stir through cooked Il Nonno Slow Roasted Beef Ravioli

  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese and serve
