TORTELLINI ALLA PANNA WITH PANCETTA

INGREDIENTS

  • Il Nonno Green Pea, Pecorino Cheese & Black Pepper Tortellini

  • 20ml olive oil

  • 115g pancetta

  • 1 garlic clove chopped

  • 1 cup of spring onion chopped

  • 1/4 cup dry white wine

  • 1 cup of thickened cream

  • Salt and black pepper

  • Grated grana padano cheese

  • Season to taste

METHOD

  1. In a fry pan, saute olive oil, garlic, spring onion, salt and pepper

  2. Add pancetta and saute until slightly crispy

  3. Add white wine and thickened cream, bring to the boil

  4. Stir through cooked il Nonno Green Pea, Pecorino Cheese & Black Pepper Tortellini

  5. Remove from heat

  6. Add grated grana padano cheese and serve
